Bug in the quest

Good evening, can you please help. I took the quest from the NPC, which is shown in the photo. But when I went into the inventory, it was not there. In the quest, it was said to bring three fish. I brought them, but the NPC doesn't have a question mark. Therefore, I can't complete this quest. Can you please correct the error. My nickname : prosto BOB

This quest was found in the inventory. Either I didn't notice him, or you have already helped, but still thank you very much for your help)
