Santa?

So apparently this santa guy isnt an npc. I've been searching around the whole world a lot and i cant even know if hes on or not. Theres gotta be a better way to do this lol. Maybe a schedule of like Archers 1pm for 5 mins or something idk. Would be much easier if he was an npc too.
