Password Reset

Im having trouble resetting my password for one of my accounts. The link in the email does not take me to an actual website. Please help

It doesnt. It sends a numeric code to the email the account is registered to. Check spam or wait a few. Just to note, it resets every account on that email. That means you will need the numeric code for all your accounts.
