Faster Life regeneration + idea for swordman grainding skill

Amulet (level 1.5k) gives 10% life regeneration.
Ring (level 3k) gives faster life regeneration (we would like to know the exact percentage). Let’s assume it is also 10%.
If I wear both items, will I get 20% life regeneration, or will I only benefit from one item?
If only one applies, which one takes priority: the ring or the amulet?
I also have a suggestion for a new idea for the blue skill of the Swordsman class. it helps recover the HP lost from using the fire skill.
My idea is:
Each time you land a critical hit with the blue skill, you recover 3% of your maximum HP.
This idea would give the Swordsman class a better chance for grinding, Like the other classes.
If the Swordsman loses HP, he can also regain HP

Its sound good but i guess its not fair in pvp

It ll not add alot of HP ( recovering ll be only when u hit with bleu) only mobs can stand and face the bleu skill. Players ll ignore it like they do to ogre skill lvl 100.

Not a bad idea, but you do realize ogre, archer, and dwarf do not have a skill that regenerates their hp right?
