Forgotten Tales

Hello. I can't complete the quest for 3.10 on the character named Gerhard. I need to bring a cook's assistant, but there's no question mark above the person I need to bring, so I can't talk to him. Perhaps I didn't take the bag of coins at the beginning of this quest chain. I've explored the entire map and there are no more quests except the ones I've already taken, but I can't complete them without this quest either. Please check the game and return the bag if it's the problem.
