Missing extra levels

I added some time ago extra levels included in level packs.
+1 extra level in 10 levels pack
+15 extra levels in 100 level pack
This bonus was added to old server code and I forgot to add it to the new one. It is added now and I also added missing bonus levels for everybody who activated them during this time.
