Keep in mind also that the whole point of being an outlaw is to be punished. Players can be made outlaws for rule violations as well as anything related to killing other players. You could say that the stigma is intentional I suppose.

How about make a quest that target outlaw players

Example.
A lvl1k mage need to kill 10 outlaw players and send their soul to angel to turn them good in their next life.

Easy fix, War. Transfer your gold to an alt for the duration of your outlaw period.

In general, I do support the punishment of outlaws though.

I have some pretty strong doubts a suggestion from about six years ago is going to become a new feature of the game.

If you take a look at the suggestions from early in the game PvP was a dominant complaint, and for good reason. People obviously still complain about things now, but they should go to a few of the older suggestion threads and check out issues from back then.

Can you post that suggestion so I can read.

Easy peasy. If a player wants to go pvp, he does a quest to become a player killer. Then he can fight with other players whó have completed the same quest, something easy to do, that solves it. Dont like pvp dont do the player killer quest.
