happy16 should have his own set of rules.
he should not be able to log for at least 2 minutes.
he should be permanently slow.spelled.
he should get an outlaw point every time someone kills him.
and he should appear visible on everyones map as a target
and finally, he should have spawn points turned off.for.him
all in favour.say i (and add your two cents worth)

This guy is one of the ones who abuses the rules of the game, and ruins the game experience for many. He waits until you are weak, or occupied, and attacks. He will log out if you start to win against him, only to regen and return, again and again.
This is the very person I got my outlaw warnings for. I went into more detail here:

Again, today, he attacked me a few times. However, he ran away after I warned him. He is no match for my swordsman if I catch him.

He does initiate, every time. The problem is, when I retaliate, he pulls tricks. Most often, he will stop attacking, then attack again, the game notifies me "You are attacked by happy16".. I think he is deselecting me as target, and reselecting me, tricking the game into believing I am the aggressor. When I start winning, he logs out, and comes back again when regenerated, while I am grinding away.
When mentioned in my previous post, in the link above, I chased him away several times before I started killing him in frustration. His temporary goal I believe is to get me outlawed, while his ultimate goal is my gear and experience.
I am sharing this as it is not fair, I am not the only one he has targeted, and he is not the only player who pulls these tricks. I am trying to warn others. Be careful out there.

How to deal with happy16?
The answer is very simple. He got some psychological problems, being isolated from the FT community, he has grown anti-social. I made him friend. I just asked him "no more fights please". He replied, "war or peace?" I answered, "peace". Till then he never attacked me, on the contrary, he helped me on many occasions.
He needs friends. He is alone. Help him.

I think its unfair that only happy16 is named here, while many others misbehave similarly, ruining the game experience of many. So I list some more who attacked me just recently without giving them any particular reason. Be careful with them.
sr of war - lvl ~100 mage
seweryn - lvl ~100 mage
strelok - lvl ~100 archer
sir jony - lvl ~90 orc
seweryn was outlaw when initiated attack many different occasions at dofferent places. There should be some particularly serious punishment for such behaviour.
sir jony cannot really make any harm, but still annoying.

I agree with your suggestion, Elia, but its doesn't solve the general problem of misbehaviour in FT. I also have several friends that are generally considered to be unthrustworty, while I don't really have problem with them (recently). Most probably just because we are in-game friends, and we talk sometimes, as you suggest. But there are just too many of these problematic players, I cannot take care of the psyche of each and every one of them. Not to mention that not all of them understand English or Hungarian. So some other solution is needed.

My opinion was not meant to have any implications for the general problem of misbehaviour. We were just talking about Happy16.

People would attack, would misbehave for different reasons and under different conditions.
