What the buyers and sellers of FT really need is NPC green dwarfs at 100g town and 200g town each dwarf can only hold a max of 2 items per player and they only hold these items for a maximum of 12 hours (also removable by the player whenever they wish if needed. And if a bid has already been placed and you try to remove the item you instead receive the most recently placed bid.) within these 12 hours player A sets an offer to sell his iron plate for 5m cash well player B comes and bids down the 5m player A wants for it. 10 hours go by and player C offers 6mil for the plate, two hours later player C has successfully bought and outbidded for his plate he needs.

(Perhaps we could even have a second option on these guys to hold up to 10 items like a personal bank)
