Dear Abby

I think there aught to be more shops to get Higher Level Merchandise. I just can't seem to find any items over 15. I'm now Level 30. Where can I find stuff as I level up?

It is true, you cannot buy higher level items in shops. Some can be crafted, or found in chests. But many are special and cannot be found anywhere naturally; they are prizes from events such as fetch or spawn parties. The availability of items will depend on your class and level.
My advice to you is do some research. There is a wonderful list of items available under Help Wanted. There are also resources available describing how to find these, if you search. You can also purchase items from other players; make sure you shop around, as some charge obscene amounts!

because you gave me a good laugh, I'll pass along a bit of info which has not been shared yet. if the shop on one of the new maps (coming early June) makes it into the game as it was submitted to creator, there will be some higher level gear available there (not highest in game by any means, but higher than other shops : /

Here's another tidbit... actually, let's consider it a rumor for now just in case.. there may be a new armor coming which will not drop when killed!
