To create a clan you need 1 milion gold and when the clan is created you dont lose the gold , the gold goes to clan funds so you can use it to make buildings.Some buildings are more expensive so to build them you need to add gold to clan funds.

You can by a dog from the trainer on -1.1 (one map left and one up from start map) if you have enough gold and are at least level 45

You must be at least level 45. Go to map -1.1 and find the npc on the road near the teleporter. He sells them for 200k.
