Class specialization and diversification

What if when you reach level 100, you get to choose a specialty for your class?
My idea is either offensive/defensive/supportive, or maybe good or evil if you prefer.
Your 3rd (and possibly 4th) skill would depend on your choice, giving greater variety to the game. These could be offensive or defensive skills, or even miscellaneous skills.
Some ideas are healing abilities if you choose a good swordsman (i.e. Paladin), or perhaps a boost to mining/woodcutting speed if you choose Dwarf support skill. Also mages could gain a spell based on their alignment.
These subsets of classes could even have special limited skins if you like.
Please post your thoughts, and maybe skills/class subsets you would like to see.
