mod/admin need advice.

Under the maze on the new map I am trying to enter the place where the spectre wizards are. It says "a powerful magic stops you from entering" or something like that. Now on my account I haven't completed the red and blue bracelet quest or memory back (swapped accounts and he never did it) I'm just wondering if this is the same wizard you need to speak to to actually get into the cave place under the maze. Plz help.

There are a couple things in place that nobody has access to yet... keep you excited for more updates

I have camped there at the entrance of the cave..hope will find someway to break into.
