I tried puchasin several dark mask to haul back for friends,but after leavin shop hub dark masks disapears and gold comes back.it must be just the mask bug cuz other items work fine.my friends said the same thing when they leave map dark mask disapears and gold comes back.plz fix cuz ive wasted alot of planks goin back and forth.it doesn't help when im always lagging either.

Could not reproduce... purchased several, even had a couple nearby players buy one each and sell it back to me.. all experienced no problems (thanks again guys) .. sorry I can't help more - my guess is that it is related to your lag problem (maybe slow Wi-Fi at the time? ) -- if others could post as well perhaps that would help. Thanks

No i keep bag empty all the time.no need for pots when your lvl 1000.i went again i bought more stuff.this time it didnt disappear.

I have the same problem
I bought an iceplate, an earth plate and a swamp shield, and then exit from shop screen. Then i looked into my backpack, i can't find the earth plate.
One more thing is the gold. Before I exit from the shop, the amount is 54k. But when I looked into my backpack, it is 1804k. So you probably will not get all money back.
No lags, no wi-fi problems
I have an idea: Probably 1mil/2mil/5mil are not the exact amount of items, but an approximate figure

Under investigation, my prediction is correct. 1mil is an round off figure.
This time i bought a swamp mask. While inside the shop, my gold drops from 1804k to 804k, however, when i quit the shop screen, my gold was 554k. That means swamp mask cost 1250k, not exactly 1mil.
Pls fix ASAP

Your bug reports have been confirmed at last.

The shop bug occurs if you have less that 500k more in backpack than the prize of the item you want to buy.

Until this bug is fixed, just take more gold to the shop, because the items are more expensive than they are priced in shop.
