back to back spawn parties

My goal is to set up two parties someday next week... first for level 0-49, second for level 101-200. This will probably be held in the sandpit on the colosseum map... everybody who does not fit level restrictions will be teleported away (or killed if they come back) to keep it fair. ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PLAYERS WISHING TO PARTICIPATE WILL NEED VERSION 3.11 INSTALLED (if you can enter new maps, you are good
)Please answer the following questions:
1> who normally gets left out because of time zones of mods?
2> what time would work best for that group?
I want to try to hold this event for people who miss out a lot

1> people in Timbuktu usually miss out
2> 3:00 am GMT would be best for people in Timbuktu

I don't know anyone who would miss out
My time is eastern time and it would probably work for me around 8:30-8:45pm my time

I was under the impression from previous posts that many feel the parties are unfairly timed to two general areas.
These would be asian countries, and european countries.
Please players, post here, to verify or correct me.

If ur gmt is gmt-5 ish then 12/1pm is good

101-200? not sure lvl101 can have drops....
