I think the new skin could be Rat as one of my favorites in Warhammer is Skaven race.It could be active maybe few hours after the abuse was made.For those who breaked the rules really great way.



It might even be funny to see peoples reactions to something totally new idea

I don't quite see the point in giving a rule breaker a reward in new skin

Some would break the rules just for the skin. Not a good idea.

Lowered walking speed and outlaw status, thats an idea for rule breakers.

Ok.Maybe there would be too much rats confusing players:-)

Temporary - (minus) speed to a rule breaker sounds like an excellent punishment IMO, something everyone would be wanting to avoid.

Good incentive to follow the rules.

Interesting idea: to be outlawed automatically brings down the walking speed to maybe 6? (ogre speed, the lower one).
Guilt is a heavy load.

or even better when outlaw you get +4 walkin speed and 20% more str,dex,arm...

Yesssss ball and chain of regret unremovable boots item active for however long it's needed, the attributes it gives -2 walking speed -50 strength armor and dex. Haha this could seriously be used as a punishment! O.O
