How to use the "User Control Panel"

this post may help you with adjusting your forum settings. you find the link under the FT logo or here:
ucp.php
these are the most important settings imo:
profile
here, you can upload an avatar picture, a signature and the account settings. you browse with links on the left side.
board references
here, you can set your own timezone - please check after the changes, the forum does support summer/winter time: toggle on/off the "DST in effect" button. also, you can change some forum settings in the board references.
mChat
here you can adjust the mini chat.
