i have a new idea,outlaws should have spells and or skills disabled during the time they are outlaws,and once time as outlaw is up then spells and skills are restored

Most of the (low- and mid-level) outlaws let pass their week and play an alt instead.

So whats the sense of such a request?

Disabling skills is worth considering. Quite a good idea actually.
However, disabling spells is nearly impossible coz spell is everything for mage. They have nothing more

I think the outlawing system needs to undergo some patching to avoid the abuse of it in PvP/Clans first before we start thinking of ways to make an innocent player's day worse.
