Self heal spell- but for all classes
In another mmo i play we have a heal song. Its like a skill that all the classes can use as long as you have the instrument (flute, harp or whatever). I believe its 3% health regen a sec for 30 seconds (90% total health regen) and has a 3 minute timer. They have songs for dex, armor and strength buffs as well. Just a thought.

that problm of regeneration for all will be solved by bracelet regeneration (30% more speed if i've good memory)
