I cant give him the book from forester it is not a big deal but when i dont do this quest i can t get any wasp stingers so cant do the sebastian quest

When you say you cant give him the book, do you mean you have the book and cant give it to him, or you didnt pick the book and cant finish quest?
About the stings theres an autospawn for 2 bees where you can get the stings for sebastius quests, not sure about the time between the spawns but i konw that 15 minutes past every hour they spawn, so thats a good time to go there get the stings for sebastius quest.
