I don't think he was trying to be mean or anything... just explaining that your accounts were not actually hacked... we hear a lot of complaints about that, but it has never actually happened, so he is clarifying what it means to "hack"... that's all... if a new player came on and saw a bunch of complaints of hacked accounts, they would leave the game in fear, so we have to clarify it when it is claimed, know what I mean?
