You can put money on somebodys head . You can choose how much put on him. Iff somebody puted a wanted on somebody and you want to hunt the hunted guy you must active it like a quest but the wanted guy get a warning when somebody is gone hunt him. I hope its a good idea. (Sorry for my english)
