In other games I seen wen someone cusses the word is taken out instantly and no one will get hurt no one will be able to cuss no problems EX: you are a ****** instead of that it would be you are a does anyone see wat I'm saying

will not work, magic guy. because, you can replace an A with 4 or an E with 3 and so on. there is no way to build a proper filter. ppl will exploit all filters, we install. big work, little effect

A message filter has been discussed and turned down.
The fact is, the list of inappropriate words would just keep getting longer and longer, as words would need to be added to it constantly for the new ways players try to get around it. A four letter word has 16 standard variations, without including special characters or numbers.
This would ultimately cause a lot of lag in the chat (and game) from every sentence having to be checked for thousands of words. This would be a punishment to those who do not curse (which I believe to be the majority of players).
Really, its just better IMO to find the troublemakers and take away their chat priveleges... permanently if they are repeat offenders.
