Hello PLZ help me one oft my friends have a mage.
Bis Name is pan tau .
He had all lvl 50 gear but ..
When he logged some time ago he lost aaaaaall his stuff.
How can that be.
And this question is for mods and admins what he could do to geht Everything back PLZ tell him ur answer

please write me a PM about it. i need his char name and the time, this happened.
if its too long ago, we cannot do anything about it. if something like this happens, try to contact the stuff within 1 week, the earlier, the better...

I tried to contact mod within week when my mystic mask disappeared... I did it more than 3 times.... still never got it back...

idk, who you contacted and if they replied. that you sometimes do not get back something, even if you ask, seems to be possible...
i will always answer to PMs within some days for sure.
