What is it?

I believe you picked that from map 2.0? They are for a quest, to give to a boy on that map. If I recall, there's more on the ground than actually needed for the quest.

Oh...I get it from -2:2 under clan building when i kill muchroom monsster

Hmmm... maybe an autospawn boss was added I think? I will need to confirm this.

Anyway, I think you're confused about the map number.. there is no -2.2

Theres only great sea left from clan map
Only zander fish and giant squids there

Those are from a auto spawn monters in map -1.2(under top left clan map) they spawn few minutes after every hour, they are there in case someone lost the mushrooms before finishing the quest in map 2.0 and need to get more.

On map 2.0 there is a boy, he is found on the right side of the map, usually towards the lower part. He doesn't appear until you get close. Talk to him and he will want mushrooms, which are found on the ground around that map (or from killing the one you killed)
