Every time my friends pm me i always reply but they seems not receiving any from me
my friends confirmed it...

in the game or here on forum?
if it is on forum, this might help: there is a maximum storage for messages. if its full, the messages are "on hold" by default. either delete some or change the settings, so new messages can get into the storage and erase the oldest ones instead.
