i visited my offline version of ft after so many months of not playing it and i update it to 4.7.2, i saw that crafting is now available, since i dont have gold to equip my 5 heros...i craft lvl.150 sword and then sell to npc for 13m
i easly craft if by mining iron ores and convert it to iron ingots then save files...after saving files i craft sword, if crafting failed i log out without saving then open it again with the save files with iron ingots until crafting sword is success..then save file

I don't think the precaution of saving and exiting in case of a failure is necessary. It does not appear that a failure to craft an item consumes your raw materials. I have crafted 2 mithril shields, 3 iron plate, 4 steel plate, 1 iron sword, and 3 gold plate, and while I have failed many times in the course of that, I have never lost the materials.

In fact it doesn't! Failure is just a terrible loss of time that forces the player to compulsively press on the touchscreen till the crafting is successful.

And yes, the craft & sell tip is already known (I think I've been the first one to spoil it

)

You can find the mithril in the red cyclop's cave under silverwood castle and dungeon.
Anyway, Naomi, that matter of using crafting to get gold is a bug that I have recently spoiled: it is possible to get 13 million gold at the very beginning of the game just by killing green orcs and crafting an iron sword, to be sold. the game becomes so easy at that point, because you can buy the best equipment of the game so early!

I have the impression that offline game update changed this behavior now. At failure, you are now losing the materials. Jm

Yes, and it just forces you to save a reload: it doesn't change anything except that it takes a bit more time than before.
