Wrong time on forum

Change Russian time,it changed week ago. -1 hour

change it in ur profile setting!

You need to go to user control panel and choose board preferences, then choose no for summer time and the hour will adjust.

To make it more exemplary for all, I include a picture of the user control panel:
Choose NO at the line Summer Time / DST is in effect and submit.
