What to do with adds if GP not supported

I use Nokia X+ for a time.There are some OS in this world,which support android apps,but not Google Play Services.Cant pay or remove adds.Is it possible to remove adds without GP?Add a way or turn it off if GP not supported on device.Thx

I am going to add some other buying methods on devices which doesn't support google play, maybe paypal but i need to finish some other things first.
