I know you can find 3 ok pants at silverwood
I know you can find A amulet at vampires shop, but where can i find more decent ones please?

You find another amulet at the witch's hut next to the blacksmith. It can be used by mages.

who drops other new items that is not purchaseable at npc's?

I also found level 3 pants at ghost dwarf shop,and lvl 4 pants at blacksmith.Amulet in witch hut add 1 mana.Pants add armor.Amulet in warlocks den add 1 str 1 dex

These are all very low lvl items somthing for lvl 100+ maybe?

crafting 2 types of new pants. 1 and 2% succesrate. thats plain sadistic
