Forgotten Tales

My party is level 35ish. I haven't gotten the mage yet and the dwarf appears but wont talk to me. So I'm currently using the two blades, ogre, and archer.

I have two of the three books for the library quest. I've been to all three locations so i must have gotten the third book but never clicked on it and it is now in the abyss.

So I am grinding on the archers in the far north east section of the map for exp and fire bows to sell. So while I'm gaining levels and a nice bank, it just seems there should be something else to do.

Any suggestions?

Any idea why the dwarf won't talk to me?

I can only guess it's the wrong dwarf..exactly where is he?

There are 2 dwarves in the same map: one for the healing herbs quest, the other is your ally.
If you have refused him once, you just have missed him forever.
Also, I usually try to get the mage as soon as possible because it is much better than the knight. If I were in your shoes, I would start the game anew trying to get all the recruitable NPCs at once before proceeding.

I read somewhere that you need the knight in order to get the mage. If you reject the knight bc you don't have 1000 gold, is he gone forever too? And if the knight is gone forever, then is also the mage? Also, I have the herbs for the dwarf, but he is never there when I go back. The gravediggerydo was mis for a long time too. Anyone know why?

I noticed gdigger wouldn't appear unless i was in cemetery.

sometimes you need to walk around a bit to get npcs to appear (logging out/in had seemed to help me a couple times too) .... as for the knight /mage issue - it's OK not to get knight right away, you can get him later when you have the gold (then trade him for mage if you choose)

Thanks blitz Craig and sol ( sorry, I turned parental controls on so that I wouldn't buy anything, and then I forgot my password, so I wonder if that is why I can't spell your names.) Anyhow, why is it so hard to put the gravediggerydo in one place and keep him there? glad to know about the knight blitz Craig.

NPCs appear and disappear, sometimes its hard to find and spawn them - yes...

You can replay without quoting, in mobile version there is small, blue Reply button and in full version - axe with Reply word on it
