darkmonk lower lvl.unclannd atta cked me and untargeted so I coulnt attack back. repeated several times
anti ipating a next attack I kept trying to targer until.itworked. then iI killed him. next I got the message about becoming an outlaw in 2 more kills.
how come? he targeted me otherwise I couldnt have tasrgeted him. cant I defend myself?

In my opinion, this is the single biggest problem we have in the entire game. I've been begging for a change here forever (along with many others) LoL. I do think it will be fixed relatively soon. (But you're right...for now you simply cannot attack them unless they start it, then you can't even defend yourself without risking outlaw )

Ik all my kills hav been in defense! 0.001% of the time... hehe...
