I put up a post regarding app removal purchase. I made the purchase and the apps are still here???
I find this very alarming seeing how you have my money and I have no result..... please contact me ASAP.

It's working 50/50

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do here...This is a Google issue, not an FT issue - sometimes clearing cache helps, other times simply logging off and on, turning Wi-Fi off and back on, uninstalling/reinstalling game... all these things have helped different people (personally the Wi-Fi off and on seems to work best for me, though I have no idea why...thinking it forces new log in to Google accounts and they start working again maybe) anyway, please update here if it gets better or worse with any of these

my ads are back too.
no tricks are helping.
i did clear google play service data,, not just the cache.
could that be the problem for me?

also, the link to BUY EXTRA STUFF
is gone at the login screen

Could be...I believe all this stuff is connected to your Google account. I'd suggest logging back into that again maybe. Please post results

delete mmo, reinstall. this may fix it. sry, its on google side.

I did delete and re install the app... this seems to be helping... loving this game BTW. . Don't mind spending cash on something I love. Keep up the good work..

Maybe if everyone with problems contacted google...

Same here . I try all solution told and the only one works for me its delete & reinstall game.
