melee not engaging monsters

I sometimes have trouble with my Swordsman , Dwarf and Ogre . When I use the attack icon after I press onto the monster , the feature of automatic attack does not always work . I have also noticed this in pvp when I am engaged in combat with another player . It is very frustrating to pvp and die when you can not engage back . Am I the only one having this problem ? I just thought I would bring it ti someones attention and hopefully resolve this issue . Thank you very much for letting us players interacting with the developers of a game that,we all can be a part of .
