WEISTEIN portal stone-were is it

I completed sebastius quest but there is no new update in the log about the portal stone. Do i search for it? What it looka like?

This stone is part of the next story line quest, at the moment the quest is not yet in the game. When the quest is added to the game so will the stone, and then you can look for her.

Yes, the quest is now available. You need to do few quests to gather some items, and then you are alowed to enter the cave whit the WEISSTEIN. You should go to map 0.2 (2 top left map) to start the quests.
