What are the requirements for obtaining one?
I managed to get one at about lvl 60 with 2 of my alts, along with a troll and a dog.
Now one of them lost theirs to battle and can not get another.
So,

1. Is it a one-time offer?
2. What lvl is required exactly?
3. Is there a previous finished quest requirement as well?

P.S. I tried searching forum, but failed miserably

I think it's just a one time pet. No idea if there is a level or quest requirement.

Just got one. I'm level 25 and cost me 150k. Definitely in the pyramid. I'll post more when he dies. Seems a good combo for melee characters.
