The same thing happened to me mike, on Christmas eve I bought blueyy 11 lvls I bought the 10 lvl package and a single lvl and she still hasnt got them I gave the info to gandalf he said they got blocked but was able to get them he said he added them to blueyy after I gave him her account name he said he logged on n they were there but me n her can log on and se no lvls added she should be 176 because he was adding a lvl for the trouble but yet shes still 164. My doubts about this game has grown and I'm starting to believe some things that I dont want to post on forum. N I'm hoping things can be done to change my outlook on this game and the ones that run it...

if you read your PMs before doing this post: i answered you again; the levels are there, please check. idk, why they have not been added before. also, i cannot react within minutes but days. its a volunteer job, that we do here. so please, be more kind with us. also, as you might have noticed, i added 2 extra levels for your lost time. i always do this, when we have a delay on our side, even, if its not really a fault.

I checked the logs and now I know what happened.
You can't buy levels for other account when this account is logged in the game at this moment!
This will not work!
You will get these levels when he buy something again (doesn't matter for which account, it is just needed to refresh all purchases) and you will be not online at this time.

Lol thats why I could buy 10 lvls for Godly only third try.

Ok so mike just bought 1 level no levels turned up lol whats happening ??? Im still owed 10 levels after 46 hours lool
