depends on the situation... we have recovered and returned three accounts that I remember in the last two weeks... there have also been many we cannot do anything about because the players gave the password away or stuff similar to that - pm an amin is your first step

yes, in your case there was nothing we could do because you gave away your character (password) to another player even though we CONSTANTLY warn people not to do it... I really am sorry you lost it, but please don't act like it was my fault... also please don't tell others that we cannot help, because that is often not the case, and certainly not your decision to make. thank you

The fault is to trust the wrong person. And as you can't know who is really trustable on game, giving away your pw is always a huge risk. The forum is full enough of warnings, stolen accounts threads and similar issues to give out a pw.

The only that I hope is that people learn and NEVERMORE share/give out pw. This means account loss near to the 100% of the times....


PS: and if you trust somebody because he is a "good friend" , please considerate this: your friend surely has a "good friend" who has another "good friend"....... (you understand where can finish your pw?)
