dark robe purchase

i purchased dark robe today but died shortly after and i assume that i lost it because of bad system.
tryed exiting app, different loads, nothing worked so i bought SECOND dark robe but this time my inventory was empty, once again tryed exiting app different loads...
I paid for 2 items and got nothing
Also instaled MMO version but game wont update i always get error message that card is empty but that is wrong, there is 28Gb space.
reinstall worked
