Purchase of 100,000 gold not received.

I recently purchased 100,000 gold in game via MasterCard and did not receive my order, nor have I received my two free levels for linking my facebook account. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter considering I have paid money for services I have not recieved. Thank you.

1. do you play offline or online?
2. what time the error occured? the google wallet server has delays up to 24hrs.
3. what purchase codes you have?

I play the single player version, And here is the order information. And I apologize about the OP, I was tired and irritated, just got off work..

I decided to try and purchase another one to see if it would bug out as well and it went through instantly. So I think the first time just messed up somehow, if you need the second order number let me know.

In MMO version you can grind gold with boss spawn and trade,in RPG its slower
