Are the free skin changes still around?

Lvl 109 Mage, never got my free one when I hit lvl 70, can I still get it changed for free once, or did they do away with that?

you need a google account, connected with your phone, because we use google wallet here.
if you have another phone/market, like a fire phone/amazon market,
you cannot purchase right now.

It is possible for other players to buy you a skin, if you make arrangements with them. Some will do it for in game gold or items etc.

PLEASE NOTE if you ask someone to buy you a skin, THEY DON'T REQUIRE YOUR PASSWORD! Please, DO NOT give out your password.
Also, be aware, google sometimes takes upto 24 hours to apply purchases. Good luck

I dont have google account. My phone not allowing to install google+..here is the screenshot of my ligin screen, cant find the buy botton etc.
