Crafting is possible anywhere on Blacksmith map

Time of bug: "Same time as post"
Where: Blacksmith map
What: After visiting Blacksmith go any place on this map, then click Quests (book) button. When you come to last quest in book and press "Next" arrow - the crafting menu appears. So you can craft from any place on this map without going back to Blacksmith.
Why: Pressing last button in Quests book should just close the book.
Other comments: If you re-login or re-visit map it works fine, but visiting Blacksmith causes the bug again.
