Forgotten Tales

One map east of spawn and surrounding maps I'm being attacked by ranged and casting players I'm not able to attack back they aggro mobs and some how as we fight there able to attack me I thought there PvP areas or you challenge to duel is the entire game PvP.?

Without knowing more detailed information my guess would be that they're removing the target so you can target them. this is something we're working on fixing atm
