I made an archer and huntress to check PvP bug my level 0 archers where able to target and attack a lvl 8 player in the middle of battling skeleton mobs by using the duel swords icon it shows a red cross hair site as soon as I Tap and I can immediately attack player caught in middle of battling..question does the challenged player revive option to acccept or reject PvP challenges the player I targeted and attacked didn't get one he was helping me btw lol .

There is no 'receive' pvp option in the game. One just attacks the other, if he/she meets PvP requirements, which are explained to you by one of the NPC at start map, by the way.
There are PvP restricted zones in the game though.
