Where: maps 2.-1 , 3.1

What: I can teleport from any map location directly to inner city gate. First I enter City by paying 100/200 gold. Then exit back and go to any place on same map. Then I open "Quests list" and press "Next" blue arrow for all quests. Then MAGIC happens and I got teleported inside the City.

Why:
- Anyone can start PVP on Archers Field, and easily escape directly to City.
- No need to spend time on walk back to the City after grinding, just teleport : )

Same map, get a hidden quest for 2 skulls, get 2 skulls, turn in. Now you can turn it in from any point at the map without walking to the NPC.
Opening backpack stops this from happening.

My mistake. Apparently, opening backpack does not cancel the bug, but disappearing quest-giver does.

Well, be the news old or new, it can be used to run from fights on, say, archers map.

yes it's called the "gate tp bug" please don't use it it is abuse especially in PvP
