How to Balance the Pvp

Have you ever been a archer, and you engage pvp on a mage. The mage likes to slow, and keep on the outside. Or how about a meele class with the new stun effects to only be removed by a unfreeze potion?
While a good ideal was for the meele class with the stun items to only be ruined by the unfreeze potion. Not sure how a unfreeze removes stun as a stun is like a flash bang in real life it impairs your opponent for up close contact. I got a few suggestions, **Warning Mages probably wont like but please read all** I will break it down into three class Mage, Archer, and Meele.
The Mage, Power in a sense but weak in sustaining damage. I believe the mages range should be cut back to 4 or 5. With the be said there damage should be adjusted. For Green Flow bump to 3.0 x mana or 3.5 x mana. Yellow Flare almost unless at the moment but what if bump that to 4.0 or even 4.5 since it focus on a single target should do more.
The Archer, quick and agile but lacks in taking a beating up close. I believe the archer should remain the way they are with a few adjustment to the way the stats work. I believe Strength, plus dex should add to overall damage. But dex only adds half a point. Ex: lvl 100 arch 100str 100dex base damage be 150. 100 from str and 50 from dex.
The Warrior or Meele Class, able to hack it out and take damage, but fears the unknown. Warrior class are good as they are but need to adjust their stats a bit. So I believe dex should add damage like that in a archer, but main difference would be that Arm add a half point towards dex. Ex: Warrior lvl 100 stat 75 str 75 dex and 50 arm. Base damage be 125 because half of arm into dex bumps dex to 100 and half of that be 50. This way a sword has same chance to hit a archer but not take the lose in HP by needing dex. A warrior needs his health in battle.
I believe with these changes it would balance the combat system. As a mage fears the archer, but rules over a warrior. The Archer rains arrows down on a mage but arrows have little effort on plate armor. The Warrior like a statue of stone, arrows glances off his armor, but the unknown has great affects onto his shiny armor. If you wish to agree or disagree I encourage it but please give a reasoning, and not simply I agree or disagree. Thank you Mr. T
