There was a delay in login time after you logout before last update is this canceled on purpose?

The delay was only when you were fighting or being under attack and it was 7 secs now it is increased to 11 secs.

Im not talking about this delay im aware of this new change im talking about somthing else.

Ok then im supposed to be able to log out and in with no time restrictions if not targeted?

Was allways delay in login for me until now lol tyvm.
