lost my levels

Hi I lost my levels and gold (14 m).I didn't shared my password to anybody. Is there any chance to get it back. Plz admin people help me...I love this game very much.I dont want to loose this game

Sorry that we didnt had the chance to talk earlier in corpse dungeons. I was helping another player and when i got back to talk with you, you had left already. About you problem read this next topic

Hi thanks for ur reply..I went to santa Claus quest, i just spoke with Santa and I logged out.again I logged in the same day..I shocked ..I lost my levels and gold.plz help me to get back it

Im not lose my entire character.I was in my level53.but now im in level 13.and also I had 14m gold. But I have some 7000 only.plz I wants to get it back
