We should hav an upgrade system whereas if we like a weapon/armor we could upgrade it in the craftshop. There can be lvl/currency/ore requirements just to make to it seem fair

Awesome.

First I thought: "that's what's called crafting system in this game, just not for every weapon", but then I realised that upgraded weapons could have the same level requirement, as the originals.
And this does changes things a bit.

And the implementation in game could be as easy as adding an arrow icon to the top right of an item icon, or two, or three. Or icon borders of different colors for different upgrade levels, and words 'improved/upgraded/embellished' etc. in front of the new item name.

No need to make up completely new images and new titles, which may be bothersome!

well, i'm not an android dev yet, though I was thinking about moving into the field )
so if the stars are willing, compbatant agreeable and time permitting, i'll maybe do smth in a month or two )))

for now I can take care of the clan info and plr actions detailed page, if author is interested in any of that external functionality

Wait untill he become our bluenamed friend. When i see how active he is, i believe there will be many parties with valuable drops and amounts of XP
