Why 200lvl helm have more str than 250lvl and 300lvl? So now 100lvl helm(odins) have same str as 250lvl. I think it's ridiculous. If u add higher lvl helms add more str.

ok i finaly boughr one just to see if it would realy help. can always sell it back and take a little loss right?
bought for 75m at shop.
it sells there for 18m
wtf
someone pulling our leg here or what?
new mage items are a lot cheaper. why is this one soo expensive, weak stats and then if u dont like it and sell it back u loose 57m .
all other gear you loose a few million.

now, rearrow, that's a strange question from such an experienced player, as you.
every shop has own buying/sale ratios/
the blitzbee island shop has 2.5x for all items sold there and 0.6x for all bought. that's why you see 2m price in the forum table for the elite hat, but can buy it for 5.
avoid that shop unless you can't. at least for the 'test' items. red mixture is not more expensive, it's just labeled as more rare and inaccessible etc.

yes but why was the the top helm placed in that shop then? why are the orher top items in other shops. ie top hat, top shield etc. i can uderstand that they are cheaper. they not lv300. if it drops u out of a lot mire money. but ok.
but trying to see what is effects are is a bit costly. it just looks like another advatage for mages.
did they think lets introduce lots new mage items like a:staff with range longer then bow so they can kill without being hit, new robe, new hat, new bracelet, another new staff (and lets put the needed kight red staff in a chest for a day 'by accident' so all high lvls hae one now for free).
ohh others may complain. give them a higher arm helm with lower str for 5 times the moey a mage item costs and let them loose 400% if they dont like it and want to sell it back.
real fair.

heh. i didn't say anywhere it was fair. i completeley agree that mages are OP now and need less bonus stuff, than other classes.
but the 'remote and overpriced' blitzbee island shop has always been that way, and the price difference should not be a surprize.
and as far as I understand, better items are yet to come to the game through parties and, maybe, new drops.
hasn't it laways been that way - top tier from parties / very tough drops, next - in the most remote shop?
...
they say there's an old chinese curse: "may you live in the time of change". it is that time now, and, compbatant being solo developer, I completely believe he might have overlooked some points, be that balance or prices, or locations of repurposed items. and about top mages having staves already - did you think those who have bought hundreds or thousands of levels and been on constant rampages, wouldn't buy these items at any price first thing they could?
P.S. though I personally would appreciate the promised alliance update, items could wait a little longer.
aren't you the one always saying: don't post new items' stats let the players find out for themselves? well, this is the price for being hasty.
just have more patience, let author finish what he started, then file a list of bugs and discrepancies. I am speaking from experiience of a developer under pressure, I know what I am talking about.

thing is wev been waiting and a lot has changed . bettwer quests. better items at . but all changes have widened the gap between mages and others.
this month a lot more mages have suddenly become much higher lvl ( xmas bonusses, and a generous player). this results in the practical demise of all fair pvp evwry time one of these gets involved.
and they dont show any restraint anymore like the old high lvls did. it started with mike going on a rampage now all do and brag about it to eachother and to others. yes. my friends too.
its time for aquick fix. to save pvp. since there is no pvp anymore when they get involved. its gvp god vs player. and theres almost always one on now.
we could all unclan. but then might as well play the rpg.
im not saying my solutios are the best but strongly feel quick fixes to curb high lvl mages are needed now. so if unfreeze against slow is there. update the game. dont wait for the other fixes.
.
I know this differs from what i said before but i cant see how you going to deal with 100 lv1000+ mages, which will be tgere soon if current grow rate continues. you cant realy take tgere lvls away after they soend that amount of money.
so either limit buying today
or make it less attractive to buy that huge amount.
if not you have to decide how to deal with a large amiund of high lvls. and ft will be a game for rich kids/man/woman.

i'm personally having trouble with crafts - for various personal reasons i couldn't join clans with buildings, and small clans can't seem to hold theirs for long. and now i'm not allowed to do join big ones at all )

exactly! that's why it's either someone's idea of a new separate server w/o level buying, or my idea of clan ranks, so that if you get addicted to lvl buying, you simply outgrow all possible opponents at some point.

great conversation here guys... reminds me of the days on the old forum

I just want to throw in a couple thoughts to see what you think
first, I would disagree that recent updates have widened the gap between mage and others... to the contrary I believe we are getting closer (you've read my ideas there many times I'm sure so I won't repeat them here, I recognize there is still a gap that widens as levels go up)
buying levels has put characters out of balance with the rest of the game since it was introduced, and I don't think there's any going back... a second server (imo) wouldn't help, but rather it would kill both (no incentive to buy levels to be more powerful than everybody else when you can't interact with them) - - I think I'm with kollex on a tiered clan system of some sort, but obviously it would need a LOT of things figured out first.
lastly, remember that's it's most helpful when identifying a problem that you clearly explain why it's a problem, then suggest one or two solutions
thx again guys for the smile
